– Taking travel insurance is highly recommended before you come to Japan. Guide is not responsible for any illnesses, injuries, thefts, losses, or any resulting damages incurred by the guests.
– We need at least one person to help a wheelchair user. A guide does not push or carry wheelchairs because of the safety reasons. Of course we provide plenty of accessible information and help you on unexpected situations. Your guide is very friendly, helpful and flexible.
– It takes longer than usual to travel with wheel chairs. When we take trains, a station staff calls to the destination to arrange the staff when we get off the train. It might take long if the station is busy. We appreciate your understanding.
– We recommend you to bring the plug and connecter to charge the battery of your wheel chair just in case. It might happen that the battery will be out of charge in shorter time than usual.
