Have All Required Licenses
Are fully registered and have the required licenses to operate a tourism business according to the laws of the country (or countries) where it is incorporated.
Are Specialized In Accessible Tourism
Are solely focused in Accessible Tourism and/or
– have at least 1 team member dedicated to Accessible Tourism
– you have a specialized Accessible Tourism department that has one or multiple employees who deal with Accessible Tourism only
Have An English Website/Section
Your Travel Agent website is in English or has at least an English section and/or have an English speaking team member who can assist with providing information
Offer Tours To Cater Specific Disabilities
Offer tours to one (or more) of the following needs: Wheelchair User, Reduced Mobility, Vision Impaired, Hearing Impaired, Speech Impaired.
We only accept tour operators who can provide clear and transparent information about the tours and to which clients they are able to serve.
